Word work
This week we only have daily five for Monday so it was my challenge to finish all my word today using these weeks words and I did.
Math
For a math warm up today I did hit the button 7 times table. Now I think I know all my 7 times table and can answer them faster than I used to be able to.
Read to someone
For read to someone I read to my sister. The book I read was maisy goes to preschool. It was about a mouse first day a preschool.
Work on writing
Todays work on writing was about a picture called The Resting Traveller and this is my say about it.
Listen to reading
Todays listen to reading was on a book called Totally super squad. I had really fun reading fun reading this and using my imagination when I read it.
Read to self
Today I read a book called Totally super squad. It was about superheros from the 80s who had retired. Until a evil bear came and a little boy and his mum had to bring back the superheros to save the world.
Word scramble
New week new challenge room 13 challenge today was another word scramble. For me this one was much easier but still got some wrong. Maybe you can try guess some.

Riddles and country research
Room 13 work for today was riddles and country research. We first had to spin a wheel and whatever letter is landed on you had to find a country with that letter and research about it I got E and did Egypt. Than we were giving a certain amount of letters and had to see how much word we could get within the five minute timer. Then lastly we were given lots of riddles.

7 times table
Today I tried something different rather than hit the button. I tried something called hit the coconut where they gave you a ball and a couple off multiplication problems and you job was to hit the 7x times table equations down. But if you missed one or got one wrong you would lose that point.
Math
Today's math I learnt a new strategy. I had really fun doing this cause I had never done it before and as soon as I got the hang of it I finished just like.
Guess the word
Room 13 home learning challenge today was Guess the word. So basically there were words scrambled up with clues at the bottom and we had to try guess them.
Word work
One of my all time word work activities is magazine words. I like it cause I have my own little shortcut when doing it.

For Read to someone today I read a book called dear zoo. It was about a person who was getting sent animals from the zoo but they weren't good enough. As you can see im reading to a teddy bear cause my siblings were doing something else.

For listen to reading it was based on a book called lumber janes. Everything you need to know is on this picture and hope you enjoy.
Read to self
For read to self today I read a book called Lumber Janes. It is about group of friend exploring on a trip when a snow storm hits them and one of the friends get lost. It was really interesting seeing how they found her and all.
Work on writing
For work on writing I did a photo of charlie from Charlie and Chocolate Factory. I had really fun doing this one considering ive watched the movie and know a lot about it.

Cybersmart
Cybersmart is back today we learnt about how to have a safe blog. And how to boost up you blog as well.
Guess the flag
Room 13 home learning challenge today was guess the flag. I have lots of fun try to guess them but it is hard. Still think the chocolate one was the easiest. These are my guesses make sure to tell me if I get one wrong.
Math
For math today we did some more of fractions and stuff. But this time the questions had missing numbers that you had fill in yourself. It was fun and hard but I learnt lots from it.
Tech
For tech we learnt about matters and stuff. And we had to create a poster on how to change states of matter. Mine turned out great and I hope you like it.
Tech
Today at tech home learning version we learnt about matters/ Liquid,Gas and Solid. We watched a video and learnt loads about it. I had lots of fun and want to learn more about it. This was one of our task and now you can know a bit about it.

Hit the button
Today for hit the button 7 times table I did much better and soon ill know them and will be able to answer them in a heart beat.
Hit the button
Room 13 time table to learn this week is 7. And how we learn them is by playing hit the button and challenging each other. Our task was to play hit the button and try learn our 7 times tables here is how I went I will do better the next time I play.
Maths
This is what some of room 13 had to do for math during home learning. We watched a video about the strategy and then did it our self.
Where in the world
Room 13 home learning challenge today was where in the world. We had to guess where the famous building was located. We had to time ourselves and guess. This one was definitely harder than yesterdays one. But I still tried my best and had fun.
Word work
This a one of my word work activities that we have to do its called word search. So basically we have to make a word search using our word for the week. Here is how mine turned out.

Today for listen to reading I read a book filled with jokes a riddles for you to enjoy. The book was called silly space monsters it was fun but not the best jokes. I still had fun reading it and listening to there riddles.

For read to self I read a book called silly space monster. It was filled with monster jokes a riddles for you to read. I really enjoyed reading it and finding there jokes quiet dry but there riddles they had were amusing and I still likes the book.

Word work
For word work I based it on a photo called Moon Ladder. As you can see I also answered the question that came with it and it was really fun making it up.
Listen to reading
For listen to reading I did the book Hiccups it was the same book I did for read to self as you can see by the title it was about hiccups. I had fun reading it and creating this slide about it. This is how it turned out.
Read to self
For read to self I read a book called Hiccup. It was about a bunny who ate to fast and got the hiccups before his important performance. His friends and teachers tried lots of ways to get the hiccups to leave but they never worked. But right before his performance they left without needing to do anything.
I had lots of fun reading it and also learnt some things from it.
Guess the chocolate
Room 13 home-learning challenge today was guess the chocolate. The task was there were pictures on chocolate but it only showed each one slightly and we had to try guess. We also had to time our self and see how long it would take for us to guess them. This was how I went.
Maybe you can give it a try make sure to time yourself and see if you can be better than me.
Kahoot
Room 13 did a kahoot today about our task guess the chocolate we all has fun doing it and trying to get on the podium. Even tho I did not get on the podium I still came 5th and thats still good.
